About the Delight Series Cookbooks

Cookbook Delights Series comes in many wonderful flavors!  If you have a passion for food and wish to know more information about different foods, then this series of cookbooks will be beneficial to you.  Each book features a different type of food, such as Avocados, Strawberries, Huckleberries, Salmon, Vegetarian, Lentils, Almonds, Cherries, Coconut, Lemons, -- and the list goes on.  Please refer to page vii for a complete list of books in the series. 

Each cookbook is designed for easy use and is organized into alphabetical sections.  Over 200 recipes are included along with other interesting facts, folklores and history of the type of food being featured.  Each book comes with a beautiful full color cover, ordering information and a listing of other books that have been written in the series.
